<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>Anisfield School of Business<\/div>
\n

Michael Cornell<\/b>, Temporary Assistant Professor of Accounting, Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a <\/span>Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University<\/b> and has extensive experience working in public accounting.\u00a0 Michael specializes in individual tax returns, businesses, and trust and estates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9e Cornell<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Management, Ren\u00e9e expects her 2026 PhD in Organizational Management from Rutgers University and brings extensive experience in industry, leading product strategy in telecommunications and medical device companies.\u00a0 Her research uses textual analysis, experimental, and archival methods to examine the role of innovation in sustainability and business strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kristina Lalova<\/b>, Temporary Assistant Professor of Finance, holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Lalova is a finance scholar who researches the relationship between <\/span>labor dynamics and financial markets<\/b>, including how employee morale influences corporate decisions and organizational performance. She has also explored these dynamics within specialized domains like European soccer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul Rohmeyer<\/b>, Temporary Assistant Professor of Information Technology Management, holds a PhD in Information Management from Stevens University. His expertise spans <\/span>information security management, risk assessment, project management, data management, business intelligence, and innovation<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>School of Contemporary Arts<\/div>
\n

Daniel Fishkin<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Music (Production), is a composer and designer of musical instruments. He received his PhD from University of Virginia. His research interests include the musical aesthetics of <\/span>tinnitus, solar-powered <\/b>synthesizers,<\/span> and novel approaches towards <\/span>friction idiophones<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brian McSherry<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Visual Communication Design, is both an attorney and an artist. He holds a <\/span>J.D. with a focus on Intellectual Property<\/b> from SUNY Buffalo Law School and has experience constructing legal and visual arguments to advocate for artists’ rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Zachary Peck<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Philosophy, is expecting his PhD from the University of Cincinnati. His teaching and research interests include the <\/span>philosophy and ethics of technology and artificial intelligence<\/b>, environmental philosophy, and cognitive science.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>School of Social Science & Human Services<\/div>

Kathleen Lynch<\/b>, Associate Professor of Neuroscience, joins the Psychology faculty from Hofstra University. Dr. Lynch is a neurobiologist whose research focuses on the <\/span>neuroethology of avian brood parasitism<\/b>. Her work has resulted in 38 academic publications and has secured extensive sponsored research funding.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gardan Speights<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Social Work, holds a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree from Simmons University and is a <\/span>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)<\/b>. Dr. Speights brings extensive experience in <\/span>non-profit organization management<\/b> and mental health services, with a focus on empowering individuals through mentorship and education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jessica Terrizzi<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Psychology, holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Akron. Dr. Terrizzi has worked in various <\/span>mental health settings<\/b>, including college counseling centers. Her research interests focus on <\/span>masculinity, help-seeking behaviors, and gender roles<\/b>, particularly as they relate to law enforcement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>School of Theoretical & Applied Science<\/div>

Atul Anurag<\/b>, Temporary Assistant Professor of Mathematics, earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from NJIT. His research interests include <\/span>nonlinear dynamics, dynamical systems, and bifurcation theory<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul Centore, <\/b>Temporary Assistant Professor of Mathematics, earned his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Toronto. In addition to working as a professor and mathematician, Paul is also a<\/span> color scientist<\/b> with a background in art and has published numerous articles in both fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shanaya Recalde<\/b>, Temporary Assistant Professor of Nursing, holds a PhD in Nursing from Rutgers University. Her research interests include <\/span>breastfeeding disparities<\/b>, <\/span>missed care<\/b>, and <\/span>the nursing workforce<\/b>. She is also an experienced <\/span>Certified Nurse Midwife<\/b>, and<\/span> Women\u2019s Health Nurse Practitioner<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joshua Stamos<\/b>, Assistant Professor of Biology, received his PhD in Neuroscience from Rutgers University.
