Spring 2020 Final Grades

Final grades for the spring semester have been processed and are available to view via Web Self Service. If you have been assigned a “T” grade, a grade was not submitted for you. Please contact your faculty member and ask that your final grade is submitted.

The Spring 2020 Emergency Pass/Fail Grading option will be available only until 11:59pm, May 26, 2020. Please refer to the following link which gives you access to the policy, a narrated version as well as a PowerPoint of the policy BEFORE making your decision: You may also want to discuss your decision with your academic advisor or Dean BEFORE opting in to pass/fail grading.

Once your decision is made, it CANNOT be reversed. If you have not already submitted your responses to the survey to opt into pass/fail grading for one or more of your Spring 2020 classes, please check your Ramapo email for a link to the survey from

If you think you were assigned a grade in error, please contact your faculty member immediately. Please review Student Appeals of an Academic Nature in the College Catalog for information on how to submit a grade appeal.

If this was your final semester, congratulations! Final degree certification will occur on June 20th. You may contact the Graduation Office ( with any questions about your degree.
