About the Virtual Visits

The Board of Trustees and the 2021 Presidential Search Committee look forward to virtually welcoming and hosting the finalists with you in February.

Purpose of the Visits: The purpose of the visits is to help the finalists get to know Ramapo College and to help Ramapo College get to know the finalists.

Duration of the Visits: Each visit will occur over the course of two consecutive days.

Format of the Visits: The visits will be delivered via WebEx Meeting and Event formats. Some meeting links will be made available here and others will be sent via email invitation.

Meeting with the Candidates: Each visit will feature a series of meetings (see detail below) with various stakeholders of the College.  The meetings are designed to be conversational in nature in order to foster mutual learning. The meetings will include moderators who are members of the 2021 Presidential Search Committee.

Meeting Moderators: Meeting Moderators are responsible for: a) formally introducing the finalists and the stakeholders to one another; b) moderating discussion and ensuring dialogue among participants is of mutual benefit; c) timekeeping; d) managing WebEx and alerting the visit’s logistical coordinator(s) of any challenges, emergent requests or concerns; and e) reminding participants to provide feedback through the Post-Visit Evaluation Surveys.
