Through consultation, education, student engagement, and strategic partnerships, the office supports thoughtful decision-making, cultivates belonging, and builds meaningful connections across the College and beyond.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>ABC Definitions:<\/h3>\n<p><em>Access<\/em> is the intentional creation of equitable opportunities so that every member of the campus community can fully engage and benefit from the academic, co-curricular, and campus experience.<\/p>\n<p><em>Belonging<\/em> is the experience of knowing that you matter and that you are respected, valued, and empowered to contribute authentically to the campus community.<\/p>\n<p><em>Community<\/em> is both the outcome of access and belonging and the ongoing practice of building meaningful relationships, engaging productively across differences, and sharing in the responsibility of strengthening our campus community.<\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>Multicultural Center Mission Statement:<\/h3>\n<p>The Multicultural Center enriches the transformative Ramapo College experience by creating opportunities for all students to explore cultures and perspectives, express their identities and lived experiences, and engage across differences.
