MAHWAH, N.J. – The Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living at Ramapo College of New Jersey is offering free weekly meditation sessions on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:10-1:45 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 p.m.
The sessions are held in the Anisfield School of Business, Room 420. These weekly sessions will be guided by a variety of leaders and are for both new and experienced meditators.
The sessions are free but require registration in order to receive a parking pass. Walk-ins are welcome.
