I graduated in 2012 with a major in Intenrational Studies and minors in Spanish Language, Human Rights & Genocide Studies, and Political Science.<\/p>\n

“Currently I am getting my MSc in International Relations at the London School of\u00a0Economics and Political Science (LSE). LSE is an extremely diverse institution, so I am sure\u00a0my ability to speak Spanish was an important factor in my acceptance. I have not met one\u00a0person here who has not been able to speak at least one foreign language! Being at LSE\u00a0is also a result of my experiences working in Spain last year, which never could have\u00a0happened without my language abilities.”<\/p>\n

“My ability to speak Spanish has been a central\u00a0skill in all my post-graduate endeavors and is one of the greatest skills I took away from\u00a0Ramapo.\u00a0I have made so many friends in Spain because of my language abilities! It is incredible\u00a0how much traveling changes when you can speak the language of the people! Even\u00a0though English is spoken globally, there is a whole different level of personal connection\u00a0that comes with being able to speak a foreign language. You feel a greater connection to\u00a0a society if you can speak the language.”<\/p>\n

“Hope all is well at Ramapo and the Spanish program is thriving! I don’t know what I\u00a0would have done without it!”<\/p>\n
