  1. From the History<\/strong> menu, select Clear Recent History<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

    \nIf the menu bar is not visible.<\/p>\n

    1. Open Windows Explorer.<\/li>\n
    2. Right-click a blank area of the toolbar or the menu bar.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the Address Bar item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    4. From the Time range to clear:<\/strong> drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Next to “Details”, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Clear Now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. Exit\/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Chrome<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      1. On your computer, open Chrome.<\/li>\n
      2. On your browser toolbar, click More \"More\" More Tools<\/strong> > Clear Browsing Data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      3. In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data<\/strong> and Cached images and files<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time<\/strong> to delete everything. Note: <\/strong>This option does not appear on all devices. <\/li>\n
      5. Click Clear browsing data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        Microsoft Edge<\/strong><\/h5>\n

        1. In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).<\/li>\n
        2. Click the History icon, and then select Clear all history<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        3. Select Browsing history<\/strong>, then Cookies and saved website data<\/strong>, and then Cached data and files<\/strong>. Click Clear<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        4. After the “All Clear!” message appears, exit\/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
