Participants in this eight-session Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course will gain a first hand introduction to mindfulness practices involving breathing and gentle body movements and methods for incorporating mindfulness practices into their everyday life and work. This Tuesday evening MBSR course will meet from June 6-August 1 from 7-9:30pm and includes a full day retreat on July 23 from 9am-4pm. See webpage for details, tuition and registration.
