An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Saturday, repeating until November 18, 2017

Participants in this eight-session Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course will gain a first hand introduction to mindfulness practices involving breathing and gentle body movements and methods for incorporating mindfulness practices into their everyday life and work.  This Saturday morning MBSR course will meet from September 16-November 18 from 9:30am-12 noon and includes a full day retreat on Sunday, November 5 from 9am-4pm.
