Free Orientation To Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

February 10 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

This orientation is the first step toward enrollment in the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course-before the start of class.  These orientations are free of charge and are required for enrollment in the course. Join Peter Shalit for a 2 hour introduction to the course which includes mindfulness practices involving breathing and gentle body movements and methods for incorporating mindfulness practices into everyday life and work.
