Do you experience physical pain or have a chronic illness? Do you wish there was a way to connect with other students who experience the same? Join this support group for students living with pain and chronic illness. Share experiences, strategies and learn to utilize mindful practices in a comfortable environment. We will begin each meeting with a short meditation and a sharing of highs and lows of the week. Once a month we may provide a yoga session (Yoga can be adaptive including sitting in a chair.)
