8-WEEK MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION COURSE

April 28 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

This 8-week course was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School by Jon Kabat-Zinn taught by Ken Verni, Psy.D.  Course is on Saturdays in ASB 420, 9:30am-noon from January 14 to March 11, with March 18 as a snow day. The all day retreat is Sunday, February 26 in the York Room.
