The Krame Center for Mindful Living at Ramapo College is a non-profit center for learning, retreat, community and practice in meditation, mindfulness and mindful living. Our meditation centers offer training in building skills for stress reduction,  resilience and compassion.

About the Krame Center

This Mindfulness and Meditation Center offers a variety of programs including:

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course (both 8-week and 5-Day Intensive versions) developed at Center for Mindfulness UMass Medical School
Mindful Self-Compassion courses offered  in partnership with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion
Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation for K-12 Educators and Administrators
Learning to Mediate–One Day Retreat
Half-Day Retreats
Special Mindfulness programs for K-12 Schools and Districts, Businesses and Organizations
Speaker Series
Silent Retreats
Weekly Meditations both day and evening
and the courses to begin the path to becoming an MBSR instructor.

This mindfulness and meditation center is located in Bergen County, NJ, just 45 minutes from New York City.
