Q: What is the difference between a “Chat” and a “Team”?<\/b>
\nA Chat<\/b> is best for 1-on-1 or small group informal conversations. These are private and not visible to others.
\nA Team<\/b> is a collection of people, content, and tools based on a specific project or department. Within a Team, you use Channels<\/b> to organize discussions by topic.<\/p>\n

Q: How do I get someone’s attention in Teams?<\/b>
\nUse the @mention<\/b> feature. Typing @<\/b> followed by the person’s name sends them a direct notification. You can also @mention an entire Team or Channel to alert everyone involved.<\/p>\n

Q: Can I work on a file with someone else at the same time?<\/b>
\nYes. Instead of sending attachments back and forth, upload the file to the “Shared” tab in a channel. Everyone can edit the document simultaneously within Teams.<\/p>\n
