style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Residents who wish to make any changes to their meal plan for the Spring 2026 semester can do so beginning\u00a0 December 1, 2025.<\/strong>\u00a0 Requests must be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:mealplan@ramapo.edu\">mealplan@ramapo.edu<\/a> via the residents\u2019 Ramapo e-mail account only.\u00a0 Please be sure to include the following information in your email request:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Complete first and last name<\/li>\n<li>Banner ID Number (R-Number)<\/li>\n<li>Meal plan choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \" style=\"float: left;margin-right: 1%;margin-bottom: 1%;\"><div class=\"boxContent\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Requests for meal plan changes may require 3-5 business days to process<\/strong> due to the volume of changes that occur at the start of the semester.\u00a0 Therefore, we encourage you to submit changes before the semester begins.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #993366\">The last day to make changes to meal plans for a 100% refund is January 26, 2026.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Ramapo Dollar Requests<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>The purchase of Ramapo Dollars are voluntary and are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Ramapo Dollars can be purchased at anytime in any increment.<\/li>\n<li>Ramapo Dollar requests for the Spring 2026 semester must be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:ramapodollars@ramapo.edu\">ramapodollars@ramapo.edu<\/a>\u00a0with the\u00a0<strong><em>Subject Line:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong>Spring 2026 Ramapo Dollar Requests<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Residents who wish to add a Block Plan or Flex Plan for Spring 2026 can do so beginning December 1, 2025.\u00a0 Requests must be e-mailed to mealpan@ramapo.edu via the resident&#8217;s Ramapo College e-mail account.\u00a0 Please be sure to include the following information:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Complete first and last name<\/li>\n<li>Banner ID Number (R-Number)<\/li>\n<li>Plan of choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"center\"><em>Please note, Block and Flex plans DO NOT automatically roll over to the Spring semester.\u00a0 If you had a block plan or the flex plan in the Fall and would like one for the Spring, you must make the request.\u00a0 It will not be automatically added to your account.\u00a0 Block Plans and Flex Plans are non-refundable.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"center\"><em>Please review the dining services webpage decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Fall 2026 Housing Selection Deposit<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>In order to be guaranteed housing for Fall 2026, residents must submit a $500 non-refundable housing deposit by February 2, 2026\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>The Office of Student Accounts will begin accepting the non-refundable housing deposits starting November 3, 2025. \u00a0<\/strong><b><i>Please visit the Office of Student Accounts Web page for further details regarding payment methods at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/\">https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/<\/a><\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The Fall 2026 housing selection deposit may be submitted by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>cash (in-person only)<\/li>\n<li>check or money order (in-person or by mail)<\/li>\n<li>credit card or electronic debit of checking or savings account (online only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Instructions for online payments can be found on the Office of Student Accounts website.\u00a0 Deposits will be applied against Fall 2026 housing charges. However, if you withdraw from housing after submitting the deposit, your deposit will be forfeited as it is non refundable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Please note<strong>:\u00a0<\/strong>If you are paying by check or money order, you must include your student ID number and indicate \u201c2026 Housing Selection Deposit\u201d on the front of your check or money order.\u00a0 Residents who do not submit the $500 non-refundable housing deposit by February 2, 2026 will not be eligible to participate in the Fall 2026 housing selection process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The Fall 2026 housing selection deposit will be credited and applied against Fall 2026 housing, tuition and fees. Students, who withdraw from housing after submitting their deposit, forfeit their deposit. Withdrawing from housing after submitting the deposit may result in a student having an outstanding balance on their account. The Office of Student Accounts recommends that students review their account on the &#8220;Account Summary By Term&#8221; screen on self service to see how the housing deposit forfeit may have affected their account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Residents who are undecided about their Fall 2026 housing plans should not participate in the housing selection process since the $500 housing deposit is non-refundable.\u00a0 However, residents who are undecided about their Fall 2026 housing plans do have the option of submitting their housing deposit <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">AFTER<\/span> February 2, 2026. <b>These students will not be eligible to participate in the Housing Selection Process (i.e., they are not able to be pulled into a group, or qualify as an individual)<\/b>.\u00a0 These students are still guaranteed housing.\u00a0 They will be placed in the summer (assignments are based on availability) once the Housing Selection Process has been completed.
