Voluntary Separation of Service Incentive Plan (VSIP)

 

Ramapo College is focused on ensuring a continued commitment to its mission of service to students and the alignment of resources to strengthen this commitment. Towards that end, we are continuously seeking opportunities to be efficient and mindful of our obligations. Therefore, the College has decided to solicit interest in a Voluntary Separation of Service Incentive Plan (VSIP) for faculty and staff who meet certain eligibility requirements.

The Department of Human Resources will oversee the separation process and will coordinate  various elements for the employee’s separation from service. In very limited cases, we may adjust departure dates to ensure a smooth overall transition for a specific department or project.
