Keirsey Temperament Sorter – KTS\/II<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong> This\u00a0personality assessment\u00a0is based on Keirsey Temperament Theory, which divides people into four \u201ctemperaments:\u201d guardian, idealist, rational and artisan. The assessment measures how people communicate and what their actions tend to be.<\/p>\n

MyPlan.com\u00a0<\/strong><\/a> This assessment can help you identify your motivations and what\u2019s really important to you\u00a0in your career. By ranking different aspects of work the results can encourage you to look at jobs or industries you may not have considered before.<\/p>\n

Big Five personality assessments<\/a>\u00a0divide people into five personality traits: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. The assessment identifies a preference out of the five and can help you identify learning styles as well as work preferences.\u00a0 Be prepared to participate in a research project if you opt for this one, but its fun, fast and revealing.<\/p>\n
