The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued an evidence driven\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/your-health\/covid-by-county.html\">community tracker tool<\/a>\u00a0which publishes COVID-19 community levels.\u00a0 The tool is used to decide prevention steps to take based on the latest data (hospital beds in use, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area). Over this last week, it has been wonderful to see high levels of joy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie on display in our hallways, classrooms, and across other spaces on our campus. Students are strongly encouraged to study from home during this time as our campus will remain open but with limited services.
