Re: COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Ramapo

Roll Up Your Sleeve, Roadrunners. As indicated in previous messages related to planning for the fall semester, Ramapo is pleased to announce a partnership with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center to utilize our Mahwah campus to host a series of COVID-19 vaccine clinics this summer. Ramapo’s clinics will be held on Wednesday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 20 from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

At these clinics, both the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available. The CDC advises that individuals ages 12 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine and individuals who are 18 and older are eligible to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. For individuals who opt to receive the Pfizer vaccine, the second dose will be available on our campus August 4 and August 10, also from 3:00-6:00 p.m. These vaccines are free to all individuals, regardless of health insurance status.

REGISTRATION

  • In order to receive the Pfizer vaccine, you will need to register via this link, and use the passcode RamapoPfizer.
  • In order to receive the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, you will need to register via this link, and use the passcode RamapoJ&J.

Questions about the vaccine program can be directed to UniversityVaccines@newbridgehealth.org. Please bring your driver’s license or Ramapo ID, and your health insurance card (if available) to your appointment. We have created a dedicated Ramapo website for the vaccine clinics where all of the information and instructions to register for the vaccines are available.

We thank you for your partnership as we all continue to work together to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and to make our communities safer places to live, learn and work.
