Graduate Student Welcome Reception<\/span>
\nTime: 5:00-6:00pm<\/strong>
\nLocation: PETER P. MERCER LEARNING COMMONS\u00a0<\/strong>
\nMeet and Greet with fellow Graduate Students, Program Directors, and Staff as well as an official academic welcome from Provost Middleton.<\/p>\n

Light refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n

Annual Arching Ceremony<\/strong><\/span>
\nTime: 6-7:00pm<\/strong>
\nLocation: Arch<\/strong>
\nGraduate students will proceed up Mansion Road through the Arch where they\u2019ll be greeted by President Jebb, officially marking the start of their Graduate education. On the eve of Commencement, students will process through the Arch and down Mansion Road, this time cheered on by family, faculty and staff to signify the completion of your Graduate experience.<\/p>\n

This event happens rain or shine – Please be prepared. Guests are allowed to view the ceremony by lining the sides of Mansion Road. Please note during the ceremony no guests are permitted in the courtyard by the arch.<\/em><\/p>\n

Using Route 17<\/p>\n

Follow Route 17 North to Mahwah to exit sign “202 Suffern\/Morristown” on right. At the end of the short exit ramp turn left (Route 202 South). Continue on Route 202 to light. Campus entrance is on left.<\/p>\n

Using Garden State Parkway<\/p>\n

Leave Parkway at exit 163 (left lane exit). Follow Route 17 North, using instructions above.<\/p>\n

Using Route 208<\/p>\n

Follow Route 208 North until Route 202 in Oakland. Continue north on 202 until first light in Mahwah. Campus entrance is on right.<\/p>\n

Using Route 287<\/p>\n

Take Route 287 North to exit 66 (Mahwah); follow Route 17 South to Route 202 exit. At the end of the exit ramp make left turn (202 South). Continue on Route 202 to light. Campus entrance is on left.<\/p>\n

Using New Jersey Turnpike<\/p>\n

Take N.J. Turnpike (I-95 North) to end (exit 18W or 18E). Continue North to Route 80 West to Route 17 North. Follow directions above using Route 17.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Using Route 17<\/p>\n

Follow Route 17 South (approximately 1.5 miles from Suffern exit on N.Y. State Thruway). Turn right at Route 202 exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left (Route 202 South). Continue on Route 202 approximately one mile to light. Campus entrance is on left.<\/p>\n

Using NY State Thruway<\/p>\n

Take N.Y. State Thruway (I-87) South to Route 287 South (New Jersey), exit 15 (Suffern) onto Route 17 South. Follow directions for “From the North Using Route 17.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

\n

Enter campus through the South Entrance at Rt. 202 and Ramapo College Road.<\/p>\n

Parking for students and guests is available in Lots B, C, and D. The Learning Commons is a short walk from the parking lots. There will be signage to help guide you to the reception location.<\/p>\n

Accessible parking is available in the A Lot.<\/p>\n
