Locks and Key Requests<\/h3>\n

The campus system of keys and locks are an integral part of the overall campus safety and security of our community, buildings and property.<\/p>\n

A completed Key Request Form is required to request new keys or updated access, or to request duplicate or replacement keys.\u00a0 Please review the key policy prior to requesting keys.<\/p>\n

Lost keys must be reported to Public Safety before replacement keys will be issued.<\/p>\n

Safety and security concerns stemming from key or lock issues should be reported to the Office of Facilities Management Service Desk at extension 7660 or to Public Safety at extension 6666.<\/p>\n

Most new office furniture comes with extra keys. At least one of each key should be labeled (location, use) and turned into our Service Desk, to be kept on file with the Locksmith. This will make duplication of keys or replacement of lost keys seamless.<\/p>\n

Keys must not be transferred to another person under any circumstances. To maintain campus security, all keys must be turned into the Service Desk.<\/p>\n
