The mission of EDIC is to advance a shared understanding and practice of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice as aligned with the College\u2019s Mission and Values.<\/p>\n

EDIC\u2019s goal is to ensure compliance and coordinate leadership for college-wide equity, diversity, inclusion and justice practices and to uphold the College\u2019s commitment to foster a sense of belonging in its policies, programs and community of students, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>About E.D.I.C<\/div>

The Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Compliance is comprised of the Office of Affirmative Action and Workplace Compliance; the Office of Title IX, ADA and Compliance Training; the Office of Equity and Diversity Programs; and the Department of Public Safety.<\/p>\n

EDIC coordinates with campus stakeholders, including the Student Well-Being Core, the Teaching and Learning Core, the Admissions Department, the Center for Student Success, and the People Operations and Employee Resources Department, to advance Ramapo College\u2019s mission to promote diversity, inclusiveness, sustainability, student engagement, and community involvement.\u00a0 In addition, EDIC strives to maintain a campus environment that is free from bias, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment and sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n
