This summer, corporate interns will be housed in <strong data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"492\">The Village Apartments<\/strong>, which offer fully furnished apartments with <strong data-start=\"538\" data-end=\"572\">four single-occupancy bedrooms<\/strong>. Each apartment can house up to <strong data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"621\">four interns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"727\">For more details on features and amenities, please see the <strong data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"724\">[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/corpintern\/guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guide to Corporate Intern Housing<\/a>]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"758\">Apartment Features<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"786\">Each apartment includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"816\">Air-conditioning controls<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"841\">Bathroom with a shower<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"893\">Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and stove<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"921\">Living and dining areas<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"977\">Ample personal storage and a private bedroom closet<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1049\">Cable TV connection and high-speed internet (<em>account set up by ITS<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1105\">Access to the <strong data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1103\">Thomases Commons laundry facility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1133\"><strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1131\">Furnishings include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1193\">Living room: couch, two chairs, coffee table, end table<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1236\">Bedroom: XL twin bed, desk, desk chair<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1326\">Kitchen: full-size refrigerator\/freezer, dining table with four chairs, cabinet space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1374\">Housing Policies &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1401\"><strong data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1399\">Corporate Contacts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1486\">Provide name and contact information for the person coordinating intern housing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1555\">Outline any costs (damage deposit, rent) the company will cover.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1606\">Submit the <strong data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1603\">Corporate Contact Summary Form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1622\"><strong data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1620\">Interns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1734\">Housing assignment inventory will be conducted before arrival; each intern will receive a report via email.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1838\">Review the inventory within <strong data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1777\">48 hours<\/strong> and report any discrepancies to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1833\">corpintern@ramapo.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1914\">Submit the <strong data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1873\">Housing Agreement<\/strong> online to secure a housing assignment.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"2049\">First month\u2019s rent and housing (damage) deposit are due at check-in. Deposit refunds (if applicable) will be processed in October.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2162\">A lost or damaged access card incurs a <strong data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2114\">$15 replacement fee<\/strong>. Improper check-out may also result in fines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2189\">Parking &amp; Mail<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2328\">Free on-campus parking for one vehicle per intern (permit required). Additional permits have fees; see the <strong data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2325\">Cost Information Page<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2510\">Interns receive a campus mailbox at no extra cost, but mail delivery may be limited during the summer. For time-sensitive mail, we recommend sending it directly to the internship site.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2578\">Amazon lockers (\u201cMing\u201d) are available outside the Thomases Commons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2583\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2611\">Rules &amp; Expectations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2749\">Interns must follow all <strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2666\">Ramapo College policies<\/strong>, including alcohol, drugs, fire safety, and general student housing regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2752\" data-end=\"2920\">The <strong data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2795\">entire campus is alcohol-prohibited<\/strong> during the summer. Policy violations may result in fines ($50+), housing dismissal, and notification to the corporate contact.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3060\">Only assigned residents may live in apartments. Special arrangements may be made for married couples or personal partners upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3093\">Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3097\" data-end=\"3260\"><strong data-start=\"3097\" data-end=\"3110\">Check-in:<\/strong> Refer to the <strong data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3136\">Timeline<\/strong> on the Corporate Intern Website for the first available check-in date. Requests for early arrival cannot be accommodated.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3425\"><strong data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3277\">Check-out:<\/strong> Refer to the Timeline for the last date\/time to vacate apartments. Late stay requests cannot be granted due to maintenance and fall preparations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3428\" data-end=\"3499\">All check-in arrangements must be <strong data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3485\">confirmed via email<\/strong> in advance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3502\" data-end=\"3685\">Housing assignments are <strong data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3554\">first-come, first-served<\/strong>.
