Thank you for considering Ramapo College for your summer housing needs! The following information outlines the requirements, policies, and procedures for interns living on campus through the Corporate Intern Housing Program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. Dates Matter:<\/strong> Housing is only available during the official Summer Corporate Intern Housing Timeline<\/a>\u2014no early arrivals or late stays.<\/li>\n
  2. Application & Sponsor:<\/strong> Interns must submit the online Housing Agreement<\/a>, and their corporate sponsor must submit the Corporate Contact Summary Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Payment & Deposit:<\/strong> First month\u2019s rent and a $200 damage deposit are due at check-in. Deposit refunds (if applicable) will be processed in October.<\/li>\n
  4. Policies & Rules:<\/strong> Alcohol, illegal drugs, candles, halogen lamps, and pets are prohibited. Violations may result in fines or dismissal.<\/li>\n
