No early arrivals are permitted. Please plan your travel accordingly.<br data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1699\" \/><strong data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1726\">May 17 check-in time:<\/strong> 2 PM\u20134 PM at the Village Hall Office (Thomases Commons).<br data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1786\" \/>Interns may check in on later dates during regular office hours: Monday\u2013Thursday, 12:00 PM\u20135:00 PM, or Monday\u2013Sunday, 8:00 PM\u201310:00 PM, with the RA on duty (prior arrangements required).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"645\">Corporate Interns approved for check-in after Sunday will receive a specific date\/time from the Village Hall Office.<\/li>\n<li>At check-in on May 17th, interns must submit three separate checks: May rent, June rent (which will not be deposited until June 1), and the security deposit (which will only be deposited if there are billable items after departure).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Monday, May 25th<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ramapo College will be closed to\u00a0observe\u00a0<strong>Memorial Day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">June<\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<h3>Monday, June 1st<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>June Rent is due at the Village Hall Office. If the June rent was submitted with the May check-in, no additional payment is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">July<\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<h3>Wednesday, July 1st<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>July Rent is due at the Village Hall Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Friday, July 3rd<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ramapo College observes\u00a0<strong>Independence Day<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Monday, July 6th to Monday, July 13th<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Resident apartment Room\u00a0Inspections are scheduled between 9 AM and 10 PM during these dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Wednesday, July 8th<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1248\">Last day to request a change of departure date for prorated billing in August.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1320\">Requests received after this date will incur an additional<span style=\"color: #333333\">\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"Cost Info\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/corpintern\/costinfo\/\">$50 Processing Fee<\/a><span style=\"font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1367\">Previously paid rent <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1365\">cannot be refunded.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1495\"><strong style=\"color: #2f2f2f\" data-start=\"2343\" data-end=\"2378\">Please notify corpintern@ramapo.edu\u00a0<strong>by<\/strong>\u00a0Wednesday, July 8,<\/strong><span style=\"color: #2f2f2f\"> with your new check-out date to adjust billing for an earlier departure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Thursday, July 30th<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>August Rent is due at the Village Hall Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">August<\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<h3>Sunday, August 9th \u2013 Final Check-Out<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This is the <strong>absolute final date to vacate your apartment<\/strong>. No exceptions will be made for early arrivals, late departures, or extended stays. All interns must check out by this date to allow the College to prepare facilities for Fall housing.<\/li>\n<li>Requests to remain past August 9 will not be reviewed or approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxTitle\">October<\/div><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<ul>\n<li>Residents&#8217; applicable Damage Deposit Refund Checks will be mailed to the address provided in the Housing Agreement form. Expect to receive the applicable refund in the mail within the first week of October. If no refund is needed, the initial damage deposit check will be voided and shredded (the check is not mailed back).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>*Note: Ramapo College has made prior contractual arrangements with certain companies to allow for a limited number of their Corporate Interns to check in earlier and check out later than the above timeline indicates.
