For example, if an in-state student takes 20 credits the undergraduate tuition charge is the flat rate of $8,807.68 plus a two (2) credit charge of $1,100.96. The total charge for 20 credits would be $9,908.64.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualified Community College Rates<\/strong> apply to qualified students from Rockland Community College (RCC), Orange County Community College (OCCC), Westchester Community College (WCC), and Duchess Community College (DCC). In order to qualify for the discounted tuition rate, students must have applied and been accepted by Ramapo College no longer than one year after graduating (with an A.A. or A.S.) from RCC, OCCC, WCC, or DCC.\u00a0 Students who attend another institution between graduation from these community college and their attendance at Ramapo College are <strong>not<\/strong> <strong>eligible<\/strong> for the discounted tuition rate.<\/li>\n<li>Full-time undergraduate students (registered for 12 or more credits) in the Fall will be assessed a Student Medical Insurance charge. Students may waive this cost by filling out a health insurance waiver by the posted deadlines. For more information, please visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/student-health-insurance\/\">health insurance website<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tuition and Fees are subject to a public hearing as required by law prior to approval by the Ramapo College of New Jersey Board of Trustees.
