Regalia (Cap & Gown)
If you have not ordered or picked up your regalia, please stop by the Ramapo College Bookstore between now and April 30.
The Bachelor’s package (for undergraduates) is $75 and includes a black cap & gown, degree color tassel and Ramapo stole. The Master’s package (for graduate students) is $80 and includes a maroon cap & gown, degree color tassel and hood.
Graduates should wear their regalia at both the Arching and Commencement Ceremonies.
Your reader card is what will be used to read your name out loud during your respective Commencement ceremony so be sure to write your name so it can be more easily pronounced.
For example, if your name is Stephanie Scheeler you would write: Stephanie Sh-e-ler. More common first and last names such as Michael, John, Mary, Smith, Gold, etc. can be written exactly as they are spelled.
Do not bend, fold or tear your reader card or write anything but your name on your card.
Attention Undergraduates: Reader cards will be available for pick-up from Roadrunner Central April 25 through May 8.
Attention Masters students: Reader cards will be available for pick-up in the Bill Bradley Sports and Recreation Center immediately prior to the start of the ceremony on May 17.
