Participants receive a 100% refund of their paid registration for cancellations received in writing (e-mail is satisfactory) by CIPL at least 15 calendar days prior to a training date.
For cancellation requests received in writing between 2 and 14 days before the training date, participants receive a 50% refund of paid amount or a 100% credit toward another training session within six months of the cancelled training date.
Cancellation requests received in writing within 24 hours before the training is scheduled to start receive no refund.
Ramapo College reserves the right to cancel any module/course/workshop due to limited enrollment, lack of facilities or unanticipated unavailability of faculty. Full paid tuition will be refunded when a module/course/workshop is cancelled, or that amount can be credited toward a later training session.
There is a $25 returned check fee.
Ramapo College reserves the right to substitute faculty/instructors.

Parking passes for each training session are sent via email by the day prior to the day of training and must be displayed on the dashboard of vehicles parked on the Ramapo campus to avoid ticketing.
