SUMMARY:Wind and Whales on the Jersey Shore: Teaching Industrial Development
DESCRIPTION:This workshop looks at how offshore wind farms\, industrial shipping\, and whales are coming into contact along the Jersey Shore. Educators will have the opportunity to develop classroom materials around this topic and to think more broadly about how offshore development projects of any kind are creating precarious conditions for right and humpback whales.
