You have found the 2025 LIS application. Before you begin, here is some important information about the program:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First-year students and transfer students are eligible to apply for LIS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applications will open on Monday, June 2nd.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>This application closes on Monday, July 21st. You should expect to hear back no later than Wednesday, July 23rd.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Leaders in Service 2025 will begin at <strong>5:00 PM on<\/strong><strong> Tuesday, August 19th,<\/strong> and <strong>conclude on Sunday, August 24th at noon.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The fee for Leaders in Service is $75<\/strong>. This fee covers the opening reception\/dinner on the first evening for you and 2 guests, all of the activities during the program, all meals, your LIS t-shirt, and water bottle, and monthly activities. Payment should be sent by check after you are notified of acceptance and should arrive at campus by August 7th.<em> If this fee is a barrier to your participation, please reach out to ccec@ramapo.edu<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>You must be available for the duration of the program and have no outstanding commitments during the six-day program (including work).\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Although Leaders in Service is limited in the number of students we can accept, there are ample opportunities for every member of the first-year class and transfer students to learn more about and exercise leadership and engage meaningfully with our college and the wider community.
