Accounting, economics, business ethics, business law, finance, information systems, international business, management, marketing, and organizational behavior are some of the subjects that are explored as students prepare for their business careers in today\u2019s dynamic global and entrepreneurial economy. Contemporary competencies from information literacy to interpersonal skill are also developed through the core curriculum\u2019s learning goals of communication, ethics, foundation, perspectives, and reasoning. The career readiness of each student is specifically advanced through an individualized Career Pathways Program.<\/p>\n<p>Students who have completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College have been employed in multinational, national, and local organizations of all sizes, across industries, and in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Their employers include national and local firms; corporations and entrepreneurial ventures; consultants; technology, retail, entertainment, sports, banking and other service industries; manufacturing; education; health care; nonprofits; and government. Additionally, many Ramapo business students are accepted into graduate and doctoral programs.\u00a0 A Business Administration student <em>must<\/em> choose <em>one<\/em> of the following concentrations within the Business Administration major: Finance, Management, or Marketing, but may choose up to two concentrations within the major.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div Communication: <\/strong>Our students will demonstrate effective oral and written communication using appropriate current technology.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: Concentration<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<p>The Marketing Program (Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration) provides students with a solid foundation in marketing theory, marketing communication, consumer behavior, marketing research, and marketing strategy.\u00a0 In addition, the program offers specialized elective courses in topics such as Internet marketing, entrepreneurship, international marketing, new product development, and more.\u00a0 Hands-on learning experiences throughout the curriculum allow students to develop and apply creative skills and analytical thinking, with an emphasis on social responsibility and ethical decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>The Program prepares students to enter a variety of marketing-related careers (such as digital marketing, social media marketing, sales, advertising, media planning, brand management, and market research) and graduate school.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div
