Accounting, economics, business ethics, business law, finance, information systems, international business, management, marketing, and organizational behavior are some of the subjects that are explored as students prepare for their business careers in today\u2019s dynamic global and entrepreneurial economy. Contemporary competencies from information literacy to interpersonal skill are also developed through the core curriculum\u2019s learning goals of communication, ethics, foundation, perspectives, and reasoning. The career readiness of each student is specifically advanced through an individualized Career Pathways Program.<\/p>\n<p>Students who have completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College have been employed in multinational, national, and local organizations of all sizes, across industries, and in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Their employers include national and local firms; corporations and entrepreneurial ventures; consultants; technology, retail, entertainment, sports, banking and other service industries; manufacturing; education; health care; nonprofits; and government. Managers are responsible for envisioning the organization\u2019s mission and core values, setting the organization\u2019s objectives and practices, and leading people productively and ethically as they interface with stakeholders, systems, and equipment. While these basic functions of management have not changed, the drive and impact of innovation combined with growth of the global economy, information and service sectors, technological transformation, and diversity in the work place are changing how organizations operate. Preparing students to be successful managers in these dynamic times is the Management concentration and its faculty\u2019s purpose.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">At Ramapo College, the Management Concentration prepares its students to be leaders and innovators. Its students receive an in-depth and comprehensive exposure to management functions, roles, and responsibilities. That exposure is grounded in academic tradition, includes contemporary case analysis and active learning, and builds central practitioner competencies and qualities. Students are rigorously prepared for promising careers in different industries, in private and public sectors, and for advanced academic education. Calibri;font-size: medium\">Students completing the Management Program receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in
