Don’t miss your chance to meet powerful animation industry experts and get a behind-the-scenes peek at how films, commercials and artwork are constructed via visual CG effects and cutting-edge animation practices during our Experts Panel. Students 12+ are eligible\u00a0for two separate hour-long workshops- one in\u00a03D Animation<\/b>\u00a0and one in\u00a0Directing for Animation. <\/b>And finally, after light fare, join us for Miwa’s 8pm stunning performance of\u00a0Indefinitely Yours\u00a0and\u00a0This World Made Itself<\/strong><\/p>\n

3-4 p.m.- Directing for Animation<\/em> (Ages 12+) $15<\/strong> with film director Neel Scott. Covers directorial choices made by animators to articulate a story such as shot size, type, angle, “camera” movement, composition etcetera.<\/p>\n

4-5 p.m.-3D Computer Animation<\/em> (Ages 12+) $15<\/strong> with Visual Arts Animator Grace Velarde. Experiment with professional software to animate and light your own short CG animation.<\/p>\n
