Summer Web Registration Instructions

Please read the instructions listed below for Web Registration before going to the Web Registration page.

  • Make sure you have reviewed your Degree Audit (On Course) with Academic Advisement.
  • Go to the Web For Students page
  • Read any messages in the announcement box in the center of the page
  • Single-click on Web-Registration
  • Single-click on Enter Student Services
  • Single-click in box "Student ID". Your student ID is your Social Security Number unless you have specifically requested otherwise. Enter your SID.
  • Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • Single-click on LOGIN.
  • If you get an error message, please retype the SID and PIN carefully. If this problem persists, contact the Registrar's Office to assist you.
  • Single-click on Registration
  • Single-click on Select Term
  • Single-click on arrow in Term box, then click on the term for which you are registering.
  • On the Registration Schedule Menu you have some options- If you have already planned your schedule and have written down the Call Numbers - Click on "Drop/Add Classes". Next, type in the call numbers and click SUBMIT.
  • If you are selecting your classes on line- single-click on Course Selections
  • Select a Subject Area by clicking to highlight it in the box, then click SELECT to view sections of that course.
  • View the course selections and decide which one you wish to enroll in based on time and availability (You cannot enroll in a CLOSED course). Move your cursor to the box marked Call Number and click on the desired blue call number.
  • Call Numbers are very important. You use the Call Numbers to complete registration. Write them down for the sections for which you wish to register. You will use them later.
  • Upon selection of a course, if the course is closed or you are for any reason not eligible to enroll in it, you will get a message indicating the problem. If the registration action was successful, you will see your Currently Registered Classes
  • REVIEW THIS CAREFULLY FOR ACCURACY! It is recommended that you Click on Detailed Schedule (top of screen) to review the times of your classes.
  • If there is an error, proceed to Drop/Add Classes screen to make adjustments. If you need to drop a course from your schedule, Click on Action box. Click on Drop-then scroll down and BE SURE TO CLICK "SUBMIT". If you do not SUBMIT a drop (or add) action no change will occur.
  • AN ERROR IN THIS PROCESS COULD RESULT IN ADDED CHARGES TO YOUR BILL AND/OR AN "F" ON YOUR RECORD.
  • Single-click on Account Summary Credit Card Payment (top of screen) to review your bill and follow payment instructions

    Please Note: Registration pages are either Secured or Normal.

    Secured Pages: Require a Log-In using student ID and PIN.
    Entering Student Services will require a Log-In. The section contains information about Class Registration, Financial Aid, Personal information, and Graduation information. You can Request a copy of your transcript, view your schedual, grades, and account information, and make credit card payments.
    Normal Pages: Don't require a Log-In.
    These sections include Financial Aid Aplications and Informational Links, Course Sections, Course Section Search, and Course Catalog.

    IMPORTANT: While using secured Pages, DO NOT use the BACK and or FORWARD buttons on your browser. Using these buttons will cause you to be exited from the system.

Degree Audit (On Course)

Academic Advisement - The very first thing you should do to begin your registration process is access your Degree Audit (On Course), print it, and see your advisor for academic advisement.

PRINT MY DEGREE AUDIT (At the Web for Students Page)
1. Single-click on Web-Registration
2. Single-click on Enter Student Services
3. Enter your Student ID and PIN, single-click Login
4. Single-click on Student Records
5. Single-click on Degree Audit
6. Select Primary or Secondary Major, Click-On Submit.
7. Press ctrl + p or File/Print to print your degree audit.


Looking Up Classes From Within The Secured Area

  • At the Web for Students page, single-click Schedule of Classes link Single-click Schedule of Classes Select term for which you wish to look up classes, click Select Scroll to desired Subject, single-click on desired subject, single-click Select Scroll to desired Course, single-click on desired course, single-click Select Single-click on Call Number to register for the desired course section
  • Scroll to bottom of the page to choose another Subject, Course, or Return to Web for Student page.

Adding a Class
Drop/Add Classes - this is where you register for your classes Course Sections - See Class Schedule instructions below Course Section Search - search for classes by day/time Conditional Drop/Add - see if a class you want is open before you drop the first! Student Schedule (by Day & Time) - see a grid of your personal class schedule Detailed Schedule - detailed information about your schedule. You should print this one week before classes start to obtain your room numbers. Account Summary/Credit Card Payment - shows billing statement and accepts credit card payment Registration Status - various items that may affect your registration. Your Holds, Academic Standing, Student Status, Class and curriculum may prevent registration or restrict the courses you will be permitted to select. Select Term - you could register for classes in more than one term. Be sure to select the appropriate term.

Exit - always remember to log out

  • At the Web for Students page, single-click Registration/Student Information link
  • Single-click Login to Student Services
  • Enter Student ID and PIN, single-click Login
  • Single-click Registration & Schedule
  • Single-click Drop/Add a Class
  • Select a Term
  • Type Call Numbers into Add Class form fields
  • Single-click Submit
  • You will be returned to Add Class page to confirm class registration or notify you of conflicts.

  • Single-click Registration & Schedule
  • Single-click Drop/Add a Class
  • Select a Term
  • Single-click on the Action pull down menu to the left side of currently enrolled course you wish to drop
  • Pull down to highlight and select Drop
  • Single-click Submit
  • You will be returned to Add Class page to confirm class drop

Conditionally Dropping or Adding a Class

  • Find the Call Number of the Course you wish to Add.
    At the Web for Student page, single-click Registration/Student Information link
    Single-click on Login to Student Services
    Enter Student ID and PIN, single-click Login
    Single-click on Registration & Schedule
    Single-click on Conditional Drop/Add
    Type call numbers into Add and Drop form fields
    Single-click Submit
  • You will be return to Conditional Drop/Add Class page to confirm class registration or notify you of conflicts

Billing Information

  • At the Web for Students page, single-click Registration/Student Information link
    Single-click on Login to Student Services
    Enter Student ID and PIN, single-click Login
    Single-click on Registration & Schedule
    Select the semester and single-click on Select Term
    Single-click on Account Summary/Credit Card Payment
    Scroll down to view your itemized bill.
  • To pay your bill online, single-click on click to make a Credit Card Payment

Financial Aid Menu:
Personal Financial Aid Information - gives specific data about your financial aid
  • 1) Single-click on Applicant/Student Financial Aid Access Select the year for which you want information
  • Single-click Select Award Year. This will bring you a menu of links:
    • Select Award Year - this allows you to select the year to wish view Award Information - tells you what aid you have been awarded at this time Tracking Information - tells you what aid has been received Exit Web for Students - always remember to log out.
    • Application and Information Links - page of links to other related WWW sites.
