Ramapo Ambassadors

The Ramapo Admissions Student Ambassadors (RASA) program is a very prestigious campus organization. Members volunteer to assist with the daily welcoming of guests to the college including prospective students, parents, distinguished guests, and others.

RASA members represent the college during campus tours, on student panels, at high school fairs, and during many of the special programs scheduled during the year.

Ambassadors are encouraged to provide their positive experiences at Ramapo and answer any questions visitors might have with regard to what the college has to offer. In fact, RASA members' respect and support of Ramapo is a cornerstone of the program.

RASA members are required to learn not only the basic profile of the college, but important facts about each of the buildings and the history of the college and community. Members are also required to maintain a minimum 2.5 G.P.A., attend all mandatory events and have good social standing within the community.

Why do you wish to be involved in RASA?
As a RASA member, IT IS REQUIRED that you work weekend programs such as Open Houses and Admitted Student Days. You will also be asked to participate as a tour guide and in other capacities for special admissions days. Will you be able to commit this time ? Yes No
If selected as a RASA member you will be required to attend an upcoming training session on a Saturday or Sunday. Will you be able to attend? Yes No
