Vice President and Dean

Pamela M. Bischoff, Vice President for Student Affairs and Nancy Mackin, Dean of Students are both founding members of the College. Dr. Bischoff came to Ramapo in 1971 as a Psychological Counselor and later served in a variety of Student Affairs positions. She holds doctoral and masters degrees in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

In 1971, Ms. Mackin was appointed to the position of Assistant Registrar at Ramapo College and has also served in a number of Student Affairs positions. She holds bachelors and masters degrees from New Jersey City University.
