Student Activities Office:
Student Activities Event Website
Student Activities/Greek Affairs is housed within the Unit of Student of Development, and falls under the Division of Student Affairs. We are committed to maintaining a vibrant campus community, and to meeting college-wide goals, addressing the social and intellectual needs of the student body, and complementing the Ramapo College mission.
Involvement in student clubs and organizations is recognized as a vital part of the total college experience.
Currently, there are over 100 clubs and organizations on campus, representing social, cultural, academic, political, community service, recreational, and fraternal interests. Organizations are student-run and welcome new members and ideas. Whether you choose to indulge your hobby or interest, complement your academic major, or share your cultural pride with the campus, there are a variety of choices open to you.
What we do:
- Develop co-curricular programs and coordinate weekend activities and services
- Provide clubs and organizations support (monthly Club & Greek President Meetings)
- Oversee and support the Greek System
- Supervise operations and employees of:
- SARM (club financial center),
- J. Lee’s (lounge, game room, events)
- Roadrunner Central (off campus events, shuttle tickets, postage stamps movie tickets, and dvd rental)
- Promote activities to the campus
- Sponsor the Platinum Series*
- Ensure compliance with state and college policies
* The Platinum Series focuses on developing programs that are intellectually challenging, provide exposure to the arts, and create opportunities for partnership with faculty.
