An eight story building housing 295 students
with elevator access containing four person suites comprised
of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room.
Common rooms are furnished with a couch,
chair, end table, coffee table, and TV cart. Bedrooms
have wardrobe unit with shelf, and drawer storage, desk,
desk chair, and over-desk storage
Large floor lounges; Main open lounge with game area and large screen TV/DVD, study rooms, with adjacent dining/meeting rooms; Faculty-in-residence apartment; Residence Director apartment; Summer storage for international students' belongings; Boardwalk bridge to Scott Student Center area; Hall office.
