On Campus Living: College Park Apartments

College Park Apartments (Phase I - 1973; Phase II - 1976)
The apartment complex consists of fifteen buildings adjacent to Kameron Pond.

Apartments house approximately 500 students in two - or three-story buildings with two bedrooms, bath, and kitchen/living room. There are some duplexes.

Furnishings include couch, two chairs, end table, coffee table, dining table and four chairs; also bed, desk, wardrobe with hanging and drawer storage, desk chair, common area storage closet; Kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, storage and either a microwave-convection oven (phase I) or a stove with oven (phase II); Community Lodge with outdoor basketball, fitness center, indoor and outdoor recreation areas, offices, and meeting rooms; Central laundry facility; Picnic area.
