SATANIC CULTS

Halloween, Birthdays, Christmas, Good Friday, Easter Sunday. These are happy or benevolent days for most of us. But for Satanists these dates, and the Great Sabbats of the lunar calendar, are festivals of evil that may include animal sacrifice, ritualistic child abuse, rape and murder.

People can be attracted to devil worship for a variety of reasons: rebellion against authority and moral restraints; the promise of power, identity and self-esteem; curiosity; the thrill of occult knowledge; peer attention and status; drug abuse; dissatisfaction with their church experience. Most of those who venture into Satanism are superficial "dabblers." They feed on satanic books, heavy metal music, and fantasy role playing games.

Far fewer in number, but much more deadly, are those involved in organized satanic groups. The behavior of some of the most secretive satanic cults is so bizarre and revolting, that is seems too bad to be true. We would like to believe that their activities are the work of a few isolated "sickos." It should be noted that the existence of such groups has been denied by the FBI and others.  But there are reputable police, journalists, therapists, and clergy who believe that the evidence is as clear and convincing as it is nauseating and terrifying.

The infamous murders by Charles Manson's California's "Family" in the 60's, by New York's "Son of Sam" in the 70's, plus a variety of other slayings right through the 80's, are now believed to have been the work of a national network of satanic cults, dealing in drugs, pornography, orgies, arson, and murder.

Much of the devil's deadly work, however, takes place out of the public eye, well hidden within "inter-generational cults" that specialize in the ritualistic sexual abuse, torture, and murder of infants and children. It was the women's movement that led to a growing awareness of incest, which in turn began to surface the menace of "inter-generational cults."

These satanic covens include networks of doctors, teachers, clergy, lawyers, police, morticians, etc., who were themselves, as children, painstakingly indoctrinated into the beliefs and practices of the cult. They now use their professions to facilitate the cult's diabolical designs.

In order to gain control of their minds and wills, young children are constantly (not just during the rituals) subjected to a ghastly gauntlet of cruelties that include, briefly: beatings; starvation; needles and electric shock; smearing with and ingestion of urine, feces, blood and flesh; long isolation in dark, fearful places; drugs; forced sexual revels with other children, animals, adults, or the dead; forced murder of specially breed or adopted babies; rebirth to, or marriage with, Satan, etc. The more evil the deed, the more innocence is corrupted, the more religious symbols and settings are desecrated, the more power the satanist believe they derive. Jesus Christ and the Church are the Satanist's archenemies and special targets of hatred and venom.

Many children don't survive. They are sacrificed to the devil, go insane, or end up committing suicide. Those that do survive might well appear to be normal. They might go on to become the professionals listed above. Their horrid memory of their cultic abuse, of the mutilation or murder of their pets or friends, is repressed in their unconscious minds. It often requires many years of intensive therapy for the root causes of a survivor's disorders to surface.

Perhaps most chilling of all, survivors are subconsciously programmed to return, at a designated age, to work for Satan in the cult. They themselves then become the demonic abusers of their own (and others') children. In this way the cult becomes "inter-generational."

The deadliest satanic cults are able to continue their criminal activities because of their absolute secrecy and because of the difficulty we have believing in the existence of such nefarious groups. Our hope and prayer is that, by exposing their dark deeds, we will help thwart the evil forces at work among us today.
