The Generic BSN (pre-licensure) curriculum is designed as a 2 + 2 model with the general education requirements and the nursing pre- requisites completed in the first two-years. Ramapo College of New Jersey offers courses leading to a Master of Science in Nursing with a nursing education track. The 33/34 credit degree focuses on the preparation of nurses to work as nursing faculty in higher education or as nurse educators in health agencies.
In addition, a post-master’s certificate program is offered, designed for those nurses holding a master’s degree in nursing who are interested in pursuing nursing education.
