Registration Deadline to Enroll in
Ramapo College’s Business Essentials Certificate Program is May 27

(Mahwah) – Registration for Ramapo College’s Business Essentials Certificate Program will be accepted through May 27.  The program, offered through the college’s Anisfield School of Business, is designed for small business owners who seek to build a stronger base of business fundamentals, those who are seeking a career change into a more business oriented position, non-business-major students wishing to augment an undergraduate program and college graduates with a non-business degree preparing to apply to, or begin, an MBA program.  The college offers two summer sessions, the first beginning May 27 and the second July 8.  Classes are conveniently scheduled with at least one section of each course offered in the evening.

To earn a certificate, a student will be required to complete four courses (16 credits) within the Anisfield School of Business and two personal effectiveness seminars.  The courses provide a basic, but broad business foundation in the areas of accounting, marketing and management, and an opportunity for further study in finance, business law or information systems. 

Students completing the program requirements will receive a Certificate in Business Essentials from the Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College.  Upon student request, the college will verify completion of the program to potential employers or other parties.
