(PDF) | (DOC) | (TIFF) | Get Adobe Acrobat Reader Incredible Feets! Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble (Mahwah) – The Ramapo Mountain Stage series presents Incredible Feets! Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble Saturday, January 27 at 8 p.m. in the Sharp Theater on the campus of Ramapo College of New Jersey. Footworks has been delighting audiences for 25 years with its programs of percussive dance and traditional bluegrass music. The ensemble features clogging from southern Appalachia, step dances from Ireland, England and Canada, and hamboning, hoofin’ and early jazz tap of the American South. The troupe consists of six dancers and three musicians who play fiddle, banjo, bass, mandolin and guitar. Since 1979, Footworks has toured nationally and internationally. The ensemble was selected to represent American culture for a Smithsonian Institution tour of Japan and was featured in the London run of the hit show Riverdance. Tickets for the Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble are $24, $20 or $15 for adults, with a five percent discount off ticket prices for senior citizens, and $12 for children under 17. The Sharp Theater is located at the Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts on the Ramapo College campus. For more information call (201) 684 - 7844.
