brought the need to make increasingly complex and difficult
decisions,” says Dr. Kathleen L. Fowler, a professor
at the College who is certified in thanatology
and who is site coordinator for the videoconference. “Ramapo
College is pleased to host the teleconference and to welcome
the local community into the exploration of these challenging
questions. A number of Ramapo College faculty in nursing,
social work, psychology and sociology will be present to facilitate
the on-site discussion of the teleconference topics. It
should be a rewarding experience for everyone.”
