	Business Network Welcomes Speaker On April 24, the Ramapo College Business Network hosted Dr. Terry G. Vavra, president of Marketing Metrics, Inc., author, strategist, and communicator. Vavra has dedicated more than thirty years to the fields of customer retention, customer satisfaction, and customer research. His lively presentation included thought-provoking topics such as “aftermarketing,” and the “customer delight principal,” which he has explored fully in three books. The Business Network, chaired by Robert Tillsley, president of McBride National Services, hosts prominent speakers during the year to present on topics of interest to today’s business executives. These popular events bring business, community, and Ramapo College students together for networking, information, and learning. In this Issue
