Reconnect with Your Roots at Alumni Reunion Day

Remember your economics professor? Remember the classmates you worked with on a dreaded group project? Remember how the Arch looked surrounded by flowers? Remember sitting on the rolling lawn by the Mansion? Now you can do more than reminisce: you can relive it!

Alumni Reunion Day is in the planning stages with a date set for September 29. Reconnect with your roots and revisit Ramapo’s natural beauty. Don’t be surprised if you’re in awe over the changes Ramapo has undergone since you last drove past the guardhouse off Route 202. Visit the state-of-the-art Berrie Center, see a soccer game, attend the Distinguished Alumni Awards banquet, meet with faculty members, swim in the pool, and take a tour. Best of all, see your classmates and friends from your days at Ramapo and make new acquaintances.

ALL alumni are invited to this event. Special activities will be planned for five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-five-year alumni (that’s 1996, 1991, 1986, 1981, and 1976). Look on www.ramapo.edu for more details as they become available. And don’t forget to nominate a Distinguished Alumni you know (see form on page 17). In the meantime, we need volunteers—with all of us working together, Alumni Reunion Day will be an event to remember. To represent your year, or to join a committee, call Bryan Steros at (201) 684-7115.
