Senior Class Accepts the Challenge
The 2001 Senior Gift Drive is the best way for graduating students
to be remembered at Ramapo as altruists. By holding a drive on campus,
these students will receive their diplomas and enter the workforce
or graduate school knowing that future students at Ramapo can continue
to afford the same education through the generosity of the Class of
2001. Seniors have until June 30, 2001 to pay a pledge of $20.01,
symbolic of their year of graduation. An In Honor listing
will acknowledge graduating seniors who took part in the gift drive.
Senior Day, March 29, saw many members of the Class of 2001 signing
up for the Gift Drive as well as being welcomed to the Alumni Association.
Seniors met with representatives of Jostens, the Cahill Center, the
bookstore, and viewed the caps and gowns for Commencement Day.
During Champagne at Sunset, held the night before the 43rd Annual
Commencement, the Class of 2001 will be toasted and a special recognition
will thank the donors to the 2001 Senior Gift Drive.
