TEXT FROM THE ADVERTISEMENT:
Marie Curie was awarded the Nobel Prize for Chemistry for her work with radioactivity, and with fellow scientist, Pierre Curie, was awarded the Nobel Prize for Physics. As an aspiring scientist, she would have had just the right chemistry for our School of Theoretical and Applied Science. A high percentage of Ramapo students pursue master's or Ph.D. degrees in their fields in pursuit of careers as inventors, scientists, educators, and medical professionals. In fact 100 percent of the 2001 graduates who applied to medical and professional schools were accepted. And the School's faculty members are noted inventors and scientists who bring practical experience to their teaching expertise. With a solid liberal arts foundation, a 300-acre wooded campus, new residential facilities, and a 17 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio - it's no wonder U.S. News and World Report ranks Ramapo College of New Jersey second among northern public comprehensive colleges. Which is why some of the greatest minds in history could have started their futures here. And why some of the great young minds of today choose to start their futures here. |
