What is the Senior Legacy Drive?
The Senior Legacy Drive is a longstanding Ramapo tradition that is part of the Annual Fund. It unites the class and encourages us to give something back to the College that has given so much to us over the past few years.
Gifts to the Senior Legacy Fund assist Ramapo in providing:
- Scholarships and Financial Assistance for Deserving Students
- Student Research Grants
- Resources for Innovative Academic Programs and Diverse Co-Curricular Activities
Who can support the Senior Legacy Fund?
Graduating seniors and their families. Families may donate in their graduate's name in honor of their student's hard work and achievements at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Who is in charge of the Legacy Fund?
The 2010 effort is coordinated by the Senior Legacy Drive Committee. The Committee works in conjunction with Ramapo's Offices of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving.

Where does the money go?
To the Annual Fund which supports every student at Ramapo. Gifts help to provide opportunities for student scholarships and student academic research grants. Your gift makes a difference in the life of every Ramapo student.
How much should I give?
EVERY gift is important, no matter its size. For the theme of Graduation 2010, a suggested contribution of $20.10 will be greatly appreciated.

Was the 2009 Senior Legacy Fund Drive Successful?
The 2009 Senior Legacy Fund Drive was a record breaker, bringing over $8,782 to the Ramapo College Annual Fund. The committee worked with the Annual Giving Office to make senior events both fun for the senior class and rewarding for the Annual Fund.
From the Novemberfest to Senior Day to the March Wine Tasting, the committee was on the move. The response from Ramapo families to the Senior Legacy Drive was heartwarming.
A partial list of families and generous students that contributed was included in the 2009 Commencement Book distributed at the CommencementExercises.Many dozens of families honored Ramapo College and their students; they made special donations to acknowledge their senior’s hard work and achievements.
We are very grateful for their generosity and we are very appreciative of the work of the 2009 Senior Legacy Committee.
