Cathleen Benko
Cathleen Benko '85 is Vice Chairman and Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte LLP. She is responsible for driving the organization's strategy to attract, develop and advance a highly skilled and increasingly diverse workforce. She is the co-author of several Harvard Business Press books including the best seller, "Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace with Today's Nontraditional Workforce," and the soon to be released "The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work." Cathy currently lives in northern California with her husband and two children. She graduated from Ramapo College in 1985 and received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1989.

Gerry Guidice
Gerry Guidice '78 is head of U.S. real estate for TD Bank where he is responsible for retail real estate growth, facilities, architecture, development and construction, portfolio real estate and integration. He is a 1978 graduate of Ramapo College and Dumont High School in Dumont, New Jersey. He currently lives in Robbinsville, New Jersey.

The Honorable Dennis McNerney
The Honorable Dennis McNerney is serving his second term as Bergen County Executive. He was elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2006. He holds the highest elected office in Bergen County. Previously, McNerney was elected to the Bergen County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 1998 and 2001. He is a graduate of Bergen Catholic High School, Bergen Community College and the University of Delaware. He received his master's degree in Public Administration from Columbia University. He lives in HoHoKus, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
